Bilyeu Enterprises was where it all started as a small renovation and maintenance contractor for commercial properties in the Louisville area. Today, as the parent to all of our subsidiaries, it also manages all commercial property activity- specifically the management and maintenance of shopping centers and other retail properties, freestanding restaurant parcels, office space, and self storage facilities. Bilyeu Enterprises is also a licensed general contractor which gives us the ability to manage many construction projects in house for our properties.

We have extensive experience with retail store closings, restaurant liquidations, equipment and vehicle sales, institutional and non-profit surplus sales, and office furniture liquidations. We offer consignment services and direct purchases also.
Oversees the operations, management, and maintenance of multi family rental apartment buildings in the Louisville area and also manages lakefront short term rentals in Central Kentucky
Owns and operates rental pontoons, jet skis, kayaks, and golf carts in the Kentucky and Indiana area and also oversees our equipment and event rentals at our warehouse in Louisville
Owner and General Manager
Cullen founded Bilyeu Enterprises in 2009 to serve unfilled needs in the real estate and construction industries. He works every day with landlords, tenants, realtors, contractors, and other personnel to lead the company's commercial properties and also manages liquidation activities for retail/office/institutional/restaurant liquidations.
Jacob joined the team in 2018. His background in real estate valuations prior to joining our team gives him a strong understanding of all of the pieces that have to fit together to make a property operate smoothly. Jacob oversees all day to day operations for residential properties and for construction projects and supervises subcontractors as needed.
Assistant Construction Manager
Aaron has been a team member since 2018. He works with contractors and suppliers to help make sure our construction projects move smoothly by meeting with vendors to gather estimates, making sure supplies make it to jobs in a timely manner, answering questions from and assisting contractors on job sites as needed.
Marketing and Operations Assistant
Jackson has been a team member since 2019. He helps us generate new business leads, spread the word in advance of upcoming liquidation projects, coordinates promotions and giveaways, and assists the operations team in our office
Our business is special because of our people. Among them are a devoted office and warehouse staff and many dependable contractors who are readily available to assist us when needed
