Bilyeu Enterprises
Bilyeu Enterprises was where it all started as a small maintenance contractor for commercial properties in the Louisville area. We went into business to help property owners faced with abundant issues and limited staff or funds to address them. Many of those early customers still contact us when they need someone to assist with communications between them and a tenant during a tough project or when they find themselves with problems too small for big outfits but too big for their in house staff to address. We also work as the local contact for out of town property owners to help see and assist with the things that they cannot from their remote locations. Today we focus mainly on the management and operation of shopping centers and other retail properties, freestanding restaurant parcels, and select multifamily properties.
Baxter Liquidations
If you have something to get rid of we're in the business to sell it through our liquidation business. We have extensive experience with store closings, restaurant liquidations, equipment and vehicle sales, institutional and non-profit surplus sales, and office furniture liquidations. This business was created to help solve problems that our customers were faced with both as tenants and as property owners when items needed to be sold to clear out a building or to free up and recover funds tied up in those items.
