Bilyeu Enterprises
Bilyeu Enterprises was where it all started as a small renovation and maintenance contractor for commercial properties in the Louisville area. Today it also manages all commercial property activity- specifically the management and maintenance of shopping centers and other retail properties, freestanding restaurant parcels, and office spaces. Bilyeu Enterprises is also a licensed general contractor which gives us the ability to manage many construction projects in house for our properties.

We have extensive experience with retail store closings, restaurant liquidations, equipment and vehicle sales, institutional and non-profit surplus sales, and office furniture liquidations. We offer consignment services and direct purchases also.
